Lilianne and Gabor represented Stony Brook University during their visit to the Capitol. Their meetings included discussions with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Representative Nick Lalota, and Senator Chuck Schumer, among other house representatives and senators.

Gábor was elected on March 31, 2025 a fellow of the AIMBE (American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering). Attached is a photo with the BME chair who was at the meeting.
